Membership Information and Guest Policy




  • Single $263: Admits one named individual 12 years of age or older with parental/guardian consent
  • Couple $300: Admits two named Adults residing in the same household
  • Family $365: Admits two named Adults and their dependent children (up to 26 years old) residing in the same household
  • Please note that extended family members, friends, and others cannot be included in the Membership.
  • If more than one family resides at the same residence, each family must purchase a separate membership.  Memberships do not include extended family and/or multi-generational living arrangements.


  • Non-residents of Huntington Hills: $55 non-resident fee per season
  • New members: $53.38 one-time non-refundable application fee
  • Babysitter: $100 fee. Babysitter must be named on the application and identified as "babysitter" in the "relation" field on the application. Babysitter must be 16 years of age or older. Babysitter can only patron the pool with a named child on the membership whom he/she is babysitting and when an adult on the application is not present. Babysitter cannot patron the pool with an adult listed on the membership.  Babysitter can only patron the pool while in the active role as a babysitter. Babysitter must be added at the time of initial application.
  • Childcare child(ren): $100 per child. If you need to add a child for whom you babysit, that child must be 11 years of age or under.  The childcare child(ren) must be named on the application and identified as "childcare child" in the "relation" field on the application.  Childcare child(ren) must come with a named primary adult on the membership. Childcare child(ren) must be added at the time of initial application. Maximum of 2 childcare children without prior approval. 
  • Late Fee: $25.00 for applications and payments received after May 1, 2023


  • Full-Time Active-Duty Military: 50% discount off base membership fee only.  The primary holder of the membership must be full-time active-duty Military.
  • Fire, Police, and First Responders: 10% discount off base membership fee only. The primary holder of the membership must be fire, police, or first responder.
  • In order to receive any discount, verification will be requested and required. Your application will not be processed until proper verification is received and approved.  After the membership application is submitted, please email the Membership Chair at to arrange verification.

MEMBERSHIP PAYMENT PROCESS:  At the time of membership application submission, the membership applicant has the following options for payment:

  • Personal Check/Money Order/Cashier's Check: After submitting your membership application, please mail payment to: HHRC, PO Box 75, Pickerington, OH 43147. If the address and/or name on the personal check does not match that on the membership application, please include that information with your payment. Your application cannot be approved and processed without receipt of payment.  Personal checks/money orders/cashier's checks are not processed until the membership application is approved and processed. After payment is received, if the membership application is not approved/processed, the HHRC will contact the applicant at the email address provided on the application to arrange return of payment. If submitting a cashier's check or money order, the HHRC will return the cashier's check or money order to the applicant, and the applicant will need to request a refund from the institution of issuance.
  • Credit card: If a credit card is selected as the form of payment when submitting the membership application, the provided credit card will be charged immediately.  This does not mean your application has been approved.  A processing fee will be assessed (5% + $1.00).  That processing fee is non-refundable.  If the membership application is not approved/processed, the credit card provided will be refunded the amount charged minus the processing fee.  Access Granted Systems has been contracted to process the membership application credit card payments.  The processing fee is collected by Access Granted Systems.
  • Cash: If cash is selected as the form of payment, please email the Membership Chair at to arrange collection of payment.  The HHRC does not recommend mailing cash.



  • Once a membership is processed, membership fees/add-on fees are non-refundable.   A pro-rated refund will be considered in the event of extraordinary circumstances and upon approval of the board. Please email the Membership Chair at to submit a refund request.
  • The credit card processing fee (5% + $1.00) is non-refundable even if your membership application is not approved/processed. This processing fee is charged when a membership applicant chooses credit card as the form of payment at the time of the application submission. This processing fee is not charged for credit card use to pay for guests or pay for items at the concession stand.

  • Members 21+ years old are permitted to bring up to 4 guests per membership (not per member) per day. ID verification may be required.
  • Members 16 – 20 years old are permitted to bring 1 guest per membership (not per member) per day.  ID verification required.
  • All guests must enter with a member and stay with the member for the duration of the guest’s visit.
  • Guest names must be provided at check-in.
  • It is the member’s responsibility to stop at the pool office window and ensure the guest fee is paid.
  • Members are responsible for the actions of their guest(s). Inappropriate behavior from a guest will affect the status of the entire membership.
  • On peak attendance days, guests may be limited or prohibited without notice.
  • Please note that the HHRC guest policy is subject to change without notice to accommodate members and maintain pool safety.


  • Monday-Friday and Sunday: $10.00 before 5:00pm
  • Monday-Friday and Sunday: $5.00 after 5:00pm
  • Saturday: $12.00 before 5:00pm
  • Saturday: $7.00 after 5:00pm
  • Guest fees may be paid with cash or credit card

HOLIDAY GUEST POLICY – Guests will not be permitted during the following holiday weekends:

  • Memorial Day Weekend: Saturday, May 25 – Monday, May 27, 2024
  • Independence Day Weekend: undetermined for 2024
  • Labor Day Weekend: Friday, August 31 – Monday, September 2, 2024

FAMILY FUN DAY GUEST POLICY – Family Fun Day is a members-only event; therefore, guests will not be permitted that day.
